Keynote: Leading Change in Yourself, Workplace, and Community

Pensacola Little Theatre

What may be a problem or challenge? In normal circumstances, anywhere from 30-60% of the workforce is neutral to change or reluctant to change. Even if they feel things need to be changed, there is a difference between thinking about change and implementing the change. Resistance to change is a natural tendency. Attendees will walk out with ways to reduce the resistance to change. Due to COVID, organizations have employees with less experience in the workforce than ever before both at the leadership and staff level. Experience has a huge impact on the operational performance of the organization. The key is to understand how to narrow the scope of the work without reducing the results. It is in the magic of making things doable. As a bonus, research that has been published in Quint's new book, The Human Margin, shows that the trust of the frontline staff in senior leadership and part of the larger corporation is extremely low right now. People will leave with an understanding of how to build trust with the workforce and the customer.

Keynote: Leadership Under Fire

Pensacola Little Theatre, Main Stage

In today's business landscape, leadership is facing a profound challenge. Just as democracy depends on the truth, so does effective leadership. Yet truth-the very oxygen of leadership-is often undervalued and overlooked, making it difficult for leaders to foster trust and unity.

This session explored the critical role that truth plays in business leadership. True leaders must champion fact-based decision-making and cultivate a culture of transparency and accountability. They are not just managers, but educators-driven by a passion to both learn and teach. In this era, leaders must guide their teams toward consensus built on verifiable truths, while resisting the temptations to mislead, manipulate, or distort reality for short-term gain.

Join us to learn how to lead with integrity, inspire trust, and drive results by aligning your leadership approach with the unwavering commitment to truth, facts, and ethical decision-making.

Leadership Track: Re-Finding Purpose: The Value of Fostering a Culture of Adaptable Leadership & Engagement

Pensacola Little Theatre, Main Stage

We have made it. We are leaders, we have accomplished the goals we set for ourselves years and even decades prior. Now that we are here, the environment has changed, we have changed, the people we work with and the people we serve have changed, and we find ourselves in this space of moving so fast we have lost sight of why we started this journey into leadership.

We have a responsibility to be intentional in connecting back to the value of our purpose and how that purpose fosters an environment of adaptability and trust that allows us to better engage and serve our peers, employees, customers, and even ourselves.

During this session, we will work through the value of Re-Finding Purpose as leaders fostering a culturally engaging environment.

Keynote: Redefining Potential: Powerful Principles for Life

Pensacola Little Theatre, Main Stage

In this popular keynote, Danny challenges his audience to think about their own 'potential'...how they define it, and how they go about continuing to grow into it and design their life around it. Danny shares the story of his journey after a tragic near-death accident claimed the lives of Danny and his friend, and only Danny came back to life. He was forced to grow...or have life beat him. This tragedy forced Danny to uncover powerful human principles to support people growing into their potential. The principles you practice compromise your approach to life, and Danny slows his audience down and offers them some observations for their consideration, so they are certain their approach is solid, and the principles are practiced...completely and consistently.
